Wendy’s Wing is a very comfortable and inviting, ground floor cottage for two people with pets. It is decorated in a fresh and modern style and exudes charm, being uncluttered, with quality oak floors and furniture and its beamed and vaulted ceilings.

The living area is open plan, airy and spacious. You can relax on the comfortable leather sofas and enjoy the flat screen television or make use of the CD player along with an oak dining table and chairs.

The kitchen-diner is well appointed with integrated appliances and common accessories including a kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment.  The kitchen is also stocked with high quality utensils and crockery.

The bedroom has a premium hotel quality super king size pocket sprung double bed (6ft) which can be converted into two adult single (3ft) beds if preferred.  The cottage includes a stylish ensuite wet room and toilet with under floor heating.

This cottage offers level access throughout, so would be suitable for assisted wheelchair users too.

Immediately outside the cottage is a small patio area with outdoor table and chairs, you will also have direct access to over 4 acres of private parkland grounds with wildlife ponds, woodland walks, wildflower meadows and several seating areas with glorious views across the surrounding rural countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Laundry Room and Tourist Information room also available for all guests.
