Katie’s Corner is our largest cottage at Greetham Retreat comprising of three bedrooms across two floors, sleeping up to six people. It is spacious, uncluttered, and very comfortable with quality oak floors and furniture, which makes it feel like the perfect home from home.  We also welcome up to three pets in Katie's Corner.

The generous sized lounge has several lovely leather sofas and is large enough for the entire party to relax together with a glass of wine or to enjoy the wall-mounted flat screen television.

The kitchen-diner is well appointed with integrated appliances and common accessories including a kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge-freezer. The kitchen is also stocked with high quality utensils and crockery. We also have a large solid oak dining table with 6 chairs in addition to a breakfast bar with two stools.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in wide), fitted wardrobe, real oak chest of draws and an ensuite shower room with WC.

There are two further bedrooms upstairs both with fitted wardrobes and real oak dressing tables; one has a double bed (4ft 6in wide) and the other is comprised of two single beds (3ft wide) that can be converted into a giant super-king sized double bed (6ft wide) if preferred. The two bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom that has two doors and can be accessed from either bedroom. This bathroom features a full-size bath, separate shower and WC.

Located in over 4 acres of wonderful natural parkland grounds that include a wildlife pond, wildflower meadow and woodland areas with mown paths and seating areas taking full advantage of the glorious views across the Lincolnshire Wolds an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).  Lovely courtyard patio area, just outside Katie’s Corner’s back door has a southwest aspect and large patio tables & chairs for your whole party. Laundry Room and Tourist Information Room also available to all guests.
