The Costa Blanca is a stretch of stunning coastline in the Alicante region of Spain. It literally translates as “White Coast”, and this name is more than earned, with the beautiful sandy beaches of the area becoming an ever more popular tourist resort. 

The area has an abundance of beaches, of which several have excellent water sports available. Water skiing, jet skiing, sailing, windsurfing, surfing and scuba diving are all popular with tourists in the area, and you can get lessons at any one of the many schools along this stretch of coast. The region is also popular with foreign students looking to learn Spanish.
