Ground Floor Rose Cottage has the advantage of being lovely and spacious, including boasting a wonderful large living area which has comfortable seating, perfect to sit and relax after a day's adventures at the coast! The flame effect fire gives a cosy feel in the evening and the cottage has a Smart TV - so you can access your Netflix accounts and catch up on those movies! - as well as a Blu-ray player. The dining area comfortably seats six people - an ideal spot to enjoy meals together, whether the first meal of the day, discussing what to do and where to go, or enjoying supper together, either cooking a meal or taking advantage of the local takeaways - after all, you are on holiday! The kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric oven and hob plus a full size fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. There are plenty of cupboards for storage and the property also a washing machine. There is a useful cloaks/WC on the ground floor First Floor A wide, long corridor runs the length of the first floor from which leads three charming bedrooms with plantation-style shutters. There is a sweet twin bedroom with two full size 3' single beds plus a pull-out bed for a third person. The second bedroom has a lovely comfortable king size bed with the third bedroom having a king size brass bed. The house bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wc and hand wash basin Outside There is a small terraced area to the front of the house with two benches, so you can sit outside with your morning cuppa.
