Totherside is perched high above the rooftops of the charming village of Kingwear overlooking the River Dart within walking distance of the village store, restaurants and the ferry to Dartmouth. A large, luxurious property designed with a reverse interior to maximize the incredible views of the river. The property has three ground floor bedrooms one, with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. On the first floor the master bedroom has a private balcony and en-suite shower room. In total the property can sleep up to 7 adults and 1 child. A superb open plan living space boasts a large glazed window, comfortable leather settees and recliners. A quality kitchen/diner leads to a rear patio and sun terraces with barbecue areas an unbeatable position for breakfasts, al fresco suppers and sunsets with the most wonderful river setting as the backdrop. There is a further sun terrace below with sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. Parking for two cars is on the driveway however access is via a steep and narrow road unsuitable for wide vehicles. Further parking can be found in the Marina car park. Access to Totherside is via 40 steps up and therefore not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
