Home to the Last Horse-Drawn Barge in the West Country. 

The gentle clip clop of the Shire Horse’s hooves can be heard from April to end of October as Tivertonian the traditionally painted barge plys the canal.  On board there is a licensed bar, hot drinks and ice cream etc. 

The Country Park has free access all year with car and coach parking and for those seeking the perfect place to unwind the Ducks Ditty Floating Café Bar, permanently moored at Tiverton Wharf, a unique canal side experience.

Boat Hire is also available from the canal side shop with:  Self Drive Day Boats, Rowing Boats and Canadian Canoes.
