Sealladh has been purpose designed to accommodate our extended family. In achieving this objective we believe we present a truly stunning property for family gatherings.

The site was literally carved out of the hillside to  accommodate the house leaving a vertical face of granite at the back of the house. Designed and constructed in the Scandinavian style the house contains exception levels of insulation, has extensive areas of triple glazing providing a light roomy interior.

 There are five family spaces; snooker hall, gallery, kitchen and dinning room, garden room and snug. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven cooker, fridge\freezer, microwave, dishwasher and wine fridge. There is also an instant chilled and boiling water tap, thus avoiding endless filling of a kettle.

There are four double bedrooms. One is situated on the ground floor and all of them have en suite's. The two twin rooms are located adjacent to the family bathroom on the first floor.

Externally there is a large patio with dinning table and barbecue. There is also a deck area and a first floor gallery. We have included a shelter for guests outside equipment, such as bikes. At the top of the garden we have installed a viewing area.

As an experiment this year we have installed a feed manger and placed a supply of food in the shelter should guests wish to tempt the deer into the garden. Whilst deer do graze around the house in the winter and can often be seen any time of year, at dusk, in the tree line up the hill, we have yet to hear of them actually using the manger.
