Cottam House Cottage is a marvellous, semi-detached holiday home in the ground's of the owners' own home, an ideal escape for friends, families and couples, situated in glorious rolling countryside. It has two super king-size double bedrooms, one with a TV and one with the zip/link option of becoming a twin. There is also a family bathroom and a ground floor wet room. Create memories in the beautiful open plan living space comprising a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area boasting a toasty woodburning stove and two sets of French doors leading outside into the spacious garden, with a patio and furniture, and offering access to an apple orchard. With great road links to both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks, Cottam House Cottage is a wonderful base for exploring this stunning region, all year round.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "new year" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
