Formerly the "Rock Inn" a 17th century coaching inn. Located in the forest of dean in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, close to the market town of Coleford. Monmouth and Ross on Wye being only a short drive away. the rock is ideal for the business visitor or tourist..
Run by a husband and Wife team (one veggie and one non veggie) Hearty breakfasts include locally produced Butchers sausages sourced from British Pork and the Rock specialises in home made vegetarian breakfasts and evening meals. All meals are served in our Lounge/ breakfast room with a woodburner for those colder months
The Rock is located on the long distance footpath "The Wysis Way" and this offers endless possibilities for circular walks from the Rock to include Offas dyke path, Wye valley walk and gloucestershire way.
All rooms have forest Views and are en suite. the views are magnificent from the garden,breakfast room and Hot tub
