The Golf Course Almerimar as the only golf course with 27-holes in Almeria offers enormous play possibilities and challenges.The wide fairways are bordered by amazing palm trees, and the layout is punctuated by a number of dangerous but beautiful water hazards. Almerimar has a good variety of tees, to ensure that there is a suitable challenge for every visitor. Golf School:
A very warm welcome to Almerimar’s Golf Academy, where you will be able to enjoy the excellent facilities as well as have golf lessons instructed by our golf pros.
The academy has among its facilities a training course, a putting green, a chipping area, a bunker area and a 9 hole course which is a par 36. For those at a more advanced level, an 18 hole course is available.
A wide selection of golf programmes are on offer, varying form intensive to long term courses, for children or adults. The lessons are held in groups of 4 to 8 and are designed for different levels, from beginners to advanced depending on the skills within the group. Additionally, tailor made programmes are available.
The programmes are designed to review all different aspects of the game including dress code, putting, irons, approach, bunkers, etc. Additionally, the highly qualified team of Pros at Almerimar’s Golf Academy gives golfers the opportunity to learn from their expertise in specific clinics concentrating on the slice, draw, hook, push, pull, fade, etc.
All programmes on offer include the irons and balls needed to take part in the class.

Club House:
The new Club House has 3 floors with an surface of 900 sqm each. It is strategically located in the golf course near the practice area and within a short walking distance from Hotel Almerimar. It offers a wide variety of services for golfers such as buggy garage,locker rooms, pro shop and club rental. Inside in the 1st floor the Club House´s restaurant offers fine dishes and menus that ca be tasted in a modern atmosphere. Its large terrace with direct views to the golf course is the perfect place to have a drink or snack.
