On the hill, situated as last house from the housing estate " la Serre d'Oupia",you will find 'Le fillon d'Or' with views over the valley, from the Pyrenees to the Montagne Noire.

The house is furnished for 8 persons, perfect for 2 families, with a lot of privacy.This house has been adapted for people in wheelchairs.

The house is well furnished for 8 persons and the terrace is equipped with as many lounge chairs and garden furniture asnecessary.

Large living room and modern open plan kitchen with a large table for 8,  fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee machine "Senseo".

In the utility room you'll find the washingmachine and a dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms.

The main bedroom is suited for disabled people and has an en suite showerroom with shower,wc and washbasin.
In the main bedroom as well as in the second bedroom are double beds

of 160 x 200.

The two other bedrooms have each two single beds of 90 x 190.

Next to the main bedroom's shower room, there is a separate wc and a bathroom with bath, shower,

wc and washbasin.
All the bedrooms have wardrobes. 
Ample parking for three cars.

tv, home Cinema set, Wireless internet.

Animals allowed.

The house is very well insulated, not just a nice place for the summer

but also for the wintertime.

It's a nice and warm place to celebrate Christmas with family or friends.
