Dragonfly Lodge is a lovely cottage close to the village of Mattishall just five miles from Dereham in Norfolk. The cottage can sleep four people and has one double bedroom and one twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request) together with a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a sun room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed decked area with furniture. Dragonfly Lodge is set in a peaceful location and is ideal for getting away from it all and exploring somewhere new.

If you want a night off from cooking, this welcoming and picturesque village offers a small tavern that serves delicious Mexican food. It also has a lovely church. Additionally, a park is nearby where you can play with the kids and take the dogs for a walk. Be sure to visit Yaxham Waters, which has a café and a completely enclosed play area with animals for the kids to feed, in the adjacent village of Yaxham. This village also contains a church, a local farm shop, and a mill with a restaurant. The magnificent St. Nicholas cathedral from the 13th century, Bishop Bonner's Cottage Museum, and a variety of high street stores are just a few of the top local attractions in Dereham. The Mid Norfolk Railway, East Anglia's longest historic railroad with both steam and diesel trains available, is located on the outskirts of Dereham.
