Hazel Cottage is a beautiful, semi-detached holiday lodge, set alongside a similar holiday home in the grounds of the owner's home, 2 miles from Belper. With one super king-size double bedroom (with the option to be converted into twin beds on request), plus a luxury bathroom with separate shower, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with multi-fuel stove, this is an excellent base for a couple. Bi-fold doors open onto the private patio area, and there are shared lawns with a unique Arctic lodge with bbq area, shared with the two properties (with a bag of charcoal - one visit per booking, on a first come, first served basis - please contact owner directly to book), adding luxury to your stay. Whether booked on its own or alongside its neighbour, Hazel Cottage promises a wonderful stay.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "new year" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
