Welcome to Broadgate Farm Cottage, just two miles from the market village of Beverley in East Yorkshire home to our 2, 3,4 & 6 bedroom high quality barn conversions. All our cottages are decorated and equipped to a high standard. 

Flexible start dates and short breaks year round - we are only 2 miles from Beverley,and within easy reach of all the attractions in the area.

We welcome small well behaved pets at our cottages and five of our cottages have ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms.

Our Luxury Farm Holiday Cottage’s Accommodation and Features

The Stables 5 star Gold sleeps four. The master bedroom, situated upstairs, has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with bath and shower. The twin room, on the ground floor, can be converted to an extra-king and has a shower wet room adjacent to it. Also on the ground floor is the semi open plan living area/kitchen/dining area, with a well-fitted and well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, dining area with natural travertine flooring and a large dining table. The sitting room runs off the dining area and has a double height ceiling, beautiful genuine oak flooring and a wood-burning stove. There are excellent views out across the rolling Yorkshire fields from the living room. Outside our luxury farm holiday cottage there is a fantastic patio area with garden furniture.

The Forge also 5 star Gold was originally the Blacksmiths shop and now extended this two bedroom holiday cottage overlooks the paddocks & Blackmeredale Bottom. Downstairs the sitting room has an oak floor, beams and a wood burning stove. The Dining Kitchen features a natural travertine floor, fully fitted kitchen and has french windows out onto the patio. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with king size bed & one twin room, this room will be configured as twin beds but can be converted to an Extra King. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is also a downstairs cloakroom. Outside your own private patio & garden with garden furniture. 


The Granary Holiday Cottage 5 star gold award is now a spacious three bedroom cottage that can sleep up to 6 adults. Downstairs there is a spacious living are with beamed ceiling, wood burning stove and oak floors accommodating the dining area and comfortable seating. The Kitchen features a natural travertine floor and fully fitted kitchen, by the stairs is a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there is one double bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room & two twin rooms which can be converted Extra Kings. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with separate shower. Outside your own private patio & garden with garden furniture. 

The Barn House  sleeps 8 in four bedrooms and is rated 5 star Gold. There is a large dining kitchen and a separate lounge with oak floors, beamed ceiling and comfortable seating. The ground floor also has two bedrooms and a wet room, one superking and a small twin. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite and king sized bed and another twin room which can be converted to an Extra King. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower. Outside there is a large patio area with garden furniture.

Foldyard has 2 bedrooms, it can be let on its own or linked to the Barn House to form a 6 bedroom cottage. Lovely kitchen diner with natural travertine floors and fully fitted kitchen. The sitting room looks over the large garden and has oak boards, beams and a feature wood burning stove. The bedrooms are very flexible and can be either two kings, 2 twins or a combination. The wetroom is fully tiled with travertine. 5 star Gold

Our new 5 star Gold Cart House development offers a stunning luxury house with 4 ensuite bedrooms, extremely spacious the main living area is a delight with full length windows overlooking the paddocks. Lovely squashy sofas surround the designer woodburners and there is dining for up to 18. The luxury kitchen has granite worktops and island and french windows open onto the garden. There is also a second sitting room with woodburner. This cottage is ideal for 2 families to share, an extended family or a group of friends
