Along the full length of the river is a great area for you to discover the Flora and Fauna, and take part in the observation of endangered and protected species: Otter, salamander, heron, green lizard… and numerous species of vegetation.

For your relaxation, we have a large wooded garden, a heated swimming pool (28') from April to September, a covered terrace for Al Fresco dining, a Boules pitch, ping pong table and various traditional forest games. 1st class Fishing is possible in the streams and rivers. Numerous noted and marked paths around the area for walking and cycling, which leave from the property. Electric bicycles available.

La Couade welcomes you in families or couples, to share in our discoveries of culture, cooking and home made crafts of the region. As well as our rooms and dining tables, we can also arrange for you organised outings in the area, or further afield. La Couade opens its doors to nature to make your stay as relaxing and fulfilling as possible.

Bright and friendly rooms await you on the second floor of our 18th century mansion. Oak beams, massive stone, granite and lime give them a traditional charm and tranquil countryside feeling.

The guests' lounge:  A landing with reading area distributes the rooms.
You'll find books, documents and brochures about the area, its fauna, flora, culture and regional park.

Tree bright rooms:

The Salamander Room has a double bed (180x190 ).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub overlooking the garden. The toilets are separated.
A door connects Triton Room, witch is equipped with two single beds ( 90x190 ) .

The Molinie room is equipped with a bed 140x190. The bathroom has a shower 90x120. The toilets are separated. A door connects with a room equipped with a single bed (190x90).

The Anodonte Room (30 m2) confortable and bright (two windows) is equipped with a king size four-poster bed, shower room and toilets. The flooor of sweet chestnut tree in the former, the oak beams and the whitewashed walls give it a typically rustic character. 

Internet access throughout the whole house .

A house tree is available for natural lovers. It is located in the woods and overlook the river. It is equipped with a bed (140x190) and dry toilets.
