West Leas Farm Large group Family friendly Pet/Dog Friendly Holiday Cottage in Ripon, North Yorkshire, England

West Leas Farm on the edge of Nidderdale.  Four holiday cottages   each one unique  each one different.   A peaceful welcoming escape from the  business of life.   And the hustle and bustle of traffic.   The only noises are natural -  an owl hooting, sheep bleating, curlew calling.  Up a short farm lane for quiet walks morning and evening.   Beautiful open views across the valley to the north  behind the cottages.   South facing courtyard.  West we look onto Dallowgill moor - gateway to Nidderdale.   To the east our views go as far as the Hambleton Hills  some 20 miles away.   Friendly welcome  we only live next door 

Each cottage has courtyard to the front , can drive up to the door to unpack.  Then parking area twenty yards away.  Rear patio  and garden area,  with handgate which leads to a larger shared garden .  The gardens are all securely fenced - keep doggiies and children close and safe.    All cottages centrally heated.  Bed linen towels etc included in the rent.  

Village of Kirkby Malzeard  one mile away   small shops- butchers newsagents doctors surgery tea rooms pub and church 

Galphay also a mile away  - excellent pub 

Footpaths lead directly from the farm and we also provide a map of the farm and we have placed stiles, or hand gates in extra to the public footpaths allowing you circular walks round the farm .  Cut path through the top meadows means you enjoy the wild flower meadows.  From up there you literally get more than 180 degree view. Wet land  conservation area  and we often   see Deer and much more !   

Granary - one bedroomed cottage - double bed. Large walk in powerful shower.    U shaped kitchen off the dining area  lounge with reclining chairs/ setee    

Archway two bedrooms - one twin one double.  Bathroom with bath and shower over it.   Oak kitchen with dishwasher.  Large lounge dining room    huge archway windows both sides means the room is naturally bright and super views.    

Byre    two bedrooms   - one double one twin   Bathroom with electric shower in curved cubicle.   Open plan lounge dining area  

Milk house -  twin beds.  Bathroom with powerful  shower.
